We could be selling the home at auction, later after the estate sale is over and the home is cleaned and prepared to sell. This estate said is scheduled for February 28th, from 9am to 3pm and Sunday, March 1st from 1pm to 4pm. 7.) We are required to collect taxes on all purchases.
